0. Template notice

This policy is a template supplied with the CaliBudSupply storefront. It sets out the conduct rules a cannabinoid retailer typically needs, not the rules any particular operator has adopted.

Before launch it must be reviewed by qualified counsel against the operator's actual assortment, markets and enforcement capability, and aligned with the Terms of Service, the Age Verification Policy and the Compliance Statement. Placeholders in square brackets must be replaced with real particulars.

1. Scope and acceptance

This policy applies to everyone who visits the site, creates an account, places an order, submits a review or contacts us, whether or not a purchase is made. It forms part of the Terms of Service, and a breach of this policy is a breach of that contract.

It applies to your use of the site and to what you do with the products afterwards. Some of the obligations below, in particular those on resale, minors and onward shipping, continue to apply after delivery and after your account is closed.

Where this policy conflicts with mandatory local law at your delivery address, that law prevails and we will apply the stricter of the two.

2. Eligibility and personal use

You must be at least 21 years old, in every market we serve, regardless of a lower age of majority. Where the destination sets a higher minimum age for the products concerned, the higher age applies. You must be ordering as an end consumer, for your own personal and lawful use.

You may not order on behalf of another person as an undisclosed purchasing agent, nor use another person's identity, address or payment instrument to place an order. Household orders are fine; buying for a group so that individual purchase limits are avoided is not.

Where the destination sets a quantity limit, that limit applies across all of your orders, not per order. Splitting a purchase into several orders, accounts or addresses to stay under a limit is a breach of this policy.

3. No resale or commercial distribution

Products bought through this site are for personal consumption only. You may not resell them, offer them for sale, distribute them commercially, list them on a marketplace or auction site, supply them to a shop, bar, club, event or association, or repackage, relabel or decant them.

Wholesale supply is a separate relationship and requires a signed written agreement with [COMPANY LEGAL NAME], including licence verification, agreed markets, batch traceability and a labelling review. Nothing on the retail site creates that relationship, and a large order is not an implied wholesale agreement.

We monitor for resale. Repeat high-volume orders, orders shipped to commercial addresses, several accounts sharing a payment instrument or address, and requests to remove batch identifiers, certificate-of-analysis references or retail labelling are all treated as indicators. We may ask you to confirm the intended use, and we may decline the order without giving reasons.

4. No supply to minors

You may not buy for, give to, resell to or otherwise make available any product from this site to a person under 21. This is the single rule we enforce without warning and without discretion.

You must store products where children and pets cannot reach them, keep them in their original child-resistant packaging where supplied, and dispose of empty packaging so that it is not recoverable by a child. Where a delivery requires an adult signature, you may not authorise a minor to accept it or leave standing instructions that would allow that.

You may not share account credentials, order links, discount codes or age-gate bypasses with anyone under 21, or help a minor to present themselves as an adult during verification. If you become aware that a minor has obtained a product ordered through your account, tell us at support@calibudsupply.com.

5. No re-export, forwarding or onward shipping

Deliveries must go to a residential or workplace address that is yours, in a market we serve, and that you can lawfully receive the goods at. You may not use freight forwarders, parcel-reshipping services, mail-drop addresses or any arrangement whose purpose is to move the goods on to a country we do not serve.

Once delivered, you may not export, re-export, carry across a border or post the products onward. A product that is lawful at your address is very often unlawful a short distance away: thresholds, permitted product forms and permitted cannabinoids all change at the border, and the fact that we shipped it to you is not a defence anywhere else.

You may not ask us to mis-declare contents, understate value, omit a product description, split a consignment or address a parcel to a person other than the buyer. We decline these requests, and repeated requests will close the account.

6. No circumvention of local law

You may not use the site to obtain products that cannot lawfully be delivered to you. That includes using a VPN, proxy or falsified location to reach a storefront or an item not offered in your market, giving a false delivery country, and using an address in one country to obtain goods intended for another.

You may not attempt to defeat the age gate, the destination filter, purchase limits or any other control, or assist anyone else in doing so. Circumventing a control is treated as a deliberate breach, not as a mistake.

Where an order is placed in breach of this section, we cancel it. Goods already dispatched are not returnable for a refund once they have left a market we serve, and any loss on detention or seizure falls on you.

7. Accounts and security

One person, one account. Keep your credentials confidential, use a password you do not use elsewhere, and enable any additional authentication we offer. You are responsible for everything done through your account until you tell us it has been compromised.

You must give accurate registration and delivery details and keep them current. Accounts created with false names, disposable identity data or addresses you have no connection to may be closed without notice, and pending orders cancelled and refunded.

Tell us at once at support@calibudsupply.com if you suspect unauthorised access, if you lose access to the email address on the account, or if a delivery arrives that you did not order.

8. Integrity of the platform

You may not scrape, crawl, harvest or bulk-download the site or its content, use bots or automation to place orders or hold stock, resell access to the site, or frame or mirror it. Automated collection of product, price or availability data is permitted only under a written agreement.

You may not probe, scan or test the security of the site or its infrastructure without our prior written permission, interfere with the age gate or checkout, upload malware, attempt to gain access to another user's data, or place a load on the service designed to degrade it.

If you find a vulnerability, report it to legal@calibudsupply.com with enough detail to reproduce it, do not access or retain other people's data, and give us a reasonable period to fix it before disclosing. Good-faith research reported this way will not be treated as a breach of this policy.

9. Reviews, user content and conduct

You keep ownership of what you post. By posting, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, display, reproduce and adapt the content in connection with the site, and you confirm you have the rights to grant it. We may edit for length or remove content that breaches this policy.

Content must be your own honest experience of a product you actually received. We do not accept paid, incentivised or competitor-authored reviews, and we do not remove a review because it is negative.

We deal with prohibited content by removing it, and with repeat posting by removing the ability to post.

• Medical, therapeutic or health claims, dosage advice, or suggestions to change or stop medication
• Anything aimed at, or attractive to, people under 21
• Offers to sell, trade or source products, and links to unlicensed suppliers
• Instructions for extraction, synthesis, or circumventing legal limits or controls
• Other people's personal data, including order details, addresses and photographs of identity documents
• Abuse, harassment, threats, hate speech or discriminatory content, including towards our staff and couriers
• Content that infringes copyright, trade marks or other rights, and impersonation of any person or organisation

10. Monitoring, enforcement and termination

We monitor orders, accounts and content for the specific risks described in this policy: underage purchasing, resale, onward shipping, circumvention and fraud. The data used and the legal basis for it are described in the Privacy Policy. We do not read customer messages for marketing purposes.

Enforcement is graduated and proportionate. Depending on the seriousness of the breach we may ask you to confirm the intended use, require re-verification of age or identity, cancel or hold an order, limit quantities, suspend or permanently close the account, block an address, device or payment instrument, or refuse to deal with you in future. Breaches involving minors, resale into an unlicensed channel or deliberate circumvention lead to immediate permanent closure.

Where we cancel an order under this policy before dispatch, we refund the full amount paid to the original payment method. Where a breach causes us loss, including carrier penalties, seizure costs or regulatory expense, we may claim it. Where we are required by law to report conduct to an authority, or where a payment provider requires notification, we will do so.

11. Reporting, appeals and contact

To report a breach of this policy, including a resale listing of our products, a review that should not be published, or a suspected sale to a minor, write to legal@calibudsupply.com with as much detail as you can give. Reports may be made anonymously, though that can limit what we are able to investigate.

If your account or order was actioned under this policy and you believe the decision was wrong, you may appeal to legal@calibudsupply.com within 30 days. A person not involved in the original decision will review it, and we will give you the outcome in writing. Appeals against closures involving minors are reviewed but rarely succeed.
