How to order

Six steps from browsing to a tracked parcel at your door, with the compliance checks we run at each stage.

Confirm your age

You must be 21 or older. The gate on entry is a first check; we verify again at checkout and, where required, on delivery.

Find your product

Filter by category, strain type, effect, flavour, potency or brand. Every listing shows THC and CBD figures from the batch certificate.

Check the certificate

Open the lab results tab on any product page. If the batch number on the certificate does not match the packaging you receive, contact us.

Add to cart

Free shipping applies above R1 500. Prices show in ZAR with 15% VAT calculated at checkout.

Pay securely

Card, SEPA transfer, cryptocurrency, or cash on delivery where offered. Payments are encrypted end to end and card data never touches our servers.

Track your parcel

Dispatched within one working day and delivered in 4–8 working days, in plain odour-sealed packaging with no branding outside.

Frequently asked questions

Can I change an order after placing it?: Yes, until it is packed. Email support@calibudsupply.com with your order number as soon as possible.
What if my parcel is stopped at customs?: We prepare the paperwork for every cross-border shipment. If a parcel is detained, contact us and we will work through it with you — see the compliance policy for how refunds are handled.
Do you ship to every address in my country?: Our assortment and delivery areas differ per market. The compliance page lists exactly what we ship where, and checkout blocks anything we cannot lawfully deliver to your address.
