This document is a template supplied with the CaliBudSupply storefront. It has not been drafted for any specific company, product range or jurisdiction.

Before this store accepts a single order, these terms must be reviewed and adapted by qualified counsel in the operator's country of establishment and in every market it ships to. Placeholders in square brackets must be replaced with real particulars.

1. Who we are and what these terms cover

These Terms of Service govern your use of the website and every order you place through it. By browsing the site, creating an account or completing checkout, you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the site.

Additional documents form part of this contract: the Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, Shipping Policy, Returns and Refunds Policy, Right of Withdrawal, Acceptable Use Policy, Age Verification Policy and the country notes in our Compliance Statement. Where a specific policy conflicts with these terms, the specific policy governs the matter it addresses.

2. Eligibility and age

You must be at least 21 years old to browse, register or purchase, regardless of the lower age of majority in your country. Where local law sets a higher minimum age for the products concerned, the higher age applies.

You must be ordering for your own personal, lawful use, as an end consumer, and not on behalf of a minor. You must be legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

We may verify your age at entry, at checkout and again before dispatch. Orders that fail verification are cancelled and refunded as described in the Age Verification Policy.

3. Accounts and account security

You may check out as a guest or create an account. If you create an account, the details you provide must be accurate, current and complete, and you must keep them updated.

You are responsible for your credentials and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately at support@calibudsupply.com if you suspect unauthorised access.

We may suspend or close an account that contains false information, is used to breach these terms, or is linked to attempted purchases by minors or to resale activity.

4. Products, descriptions and imagery

Product listings describe cannabinoid and hemp-derived goods with the cannabinoid profile stated on the batch certificate of analysis. Cannabinoid content is expressed within the analytical tolerance of the testing method.

Photographs, renders and swatches are illustrative. Natural plant material varies in colour, density, trichome coverage and aroma between batches and harvests. Such variation is not a defect.

Nothing in a product listing, blog article, review or customer-service reply is a medical or therapeutic claim. See the Legal Disclaimer.

5. How a contract is formed

Product listings are an invitation to treat, not an offer. Your order is an offer to buy.

The order confirmation we send after checkout acknowledges receipt only. A contract is formed when we send a dispatch confirmation for the items in that shipment. If an order is split, a separate contract arises for each shipment.

We may decline an order in whole or in part — for example where stock is unavailable, where age or address verification fails, where the delivery destination excludes the product, where we suspect resale, or where a pricing error is obvious.

6. Prices, taxes and duties

Prices are shown in the currency of the storefront region you are viewing. Currency conversion between regions is indicative and the amount taken is the amount shown at checkout in the checkout currency.

Prices for consumers in the EU and UK include applicable VAT at the rate shown at checkout. Business customers supplying a valid VAT identification number may be invoiced under the reverse-charge mechanism where the rules permit it.

Deliveries outside the customs union of dispatch may attract import duty, import VAT, excise-style levies and broker fees. These are payable by you to the carrier or customs authority and are not included in our prices. See the Shipping Policy.

7. Payment

Accepted payment methods are listed at checkout and in the Payment Policy. Availability varies by region and by cart contents because cannabinoid products are treated as high-risk by many acquirers.

Payment is authorised at checkout and captured at or before dispatch, depending on the method. Where an authorisation expires or a capture fails, the order is placed on hold and may be cancelled.

Title to the goods passes on full payment. Risk passes on delivery to you or to a person you have nominated.

8. Delivery

Delivery windows shown on the site are estimates based on the carrier's normal service level, not guarantees. Customs inspection, weather, industrial action and carrier backlogs extend them.

We ship discreetly, without external branding that identifies the contents. Where the destination requires an adult signature, the carrier will request proof of age on the doorstep.

9. Your legal rights as a consumer

Consumers in the EU have a statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the exceptions for sealed goods that are unsuitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene, and for goods that are by their nature inseparably mixed after delivery. Our Right of Withdrawal page explains which items are excluded and includes the model withdrawal form.

Consumers also have statutory rights where goods are not as described, are not of satisfactory quality, or do not conform to the contract. Nothing in these terms limits those rights.

Business customers buy under separate wholesale terms and the consumer withdrawal right does not apply to them.

10. Acceptable use and prohibited conduct

You must not resell, re-export, decant, relabel or commercially redistribute anything you buy from this store. You must not order for delivery to a country where the product is unlawful.

You must not scrape the site, probe it for vulnerabilities, interfere with the age gate, submit false verification data, or use automated tooling to buy limited stock.

The Acceptable Use Policy sets out the full list. Breach entitles us to cancel orders, close accounts and, where appropriate, report the matter to the competent authority.

11. Intellectual property

The site, its code, layout, photography, product copy, lab-report presentation and the CaliBudSupply name and marks are owned by us or licensed to us.

You may view and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, mirror, or use our content for a competing storefront, marketplace listing or training dataset without written permission.

If you post a review, photograph or comment, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to display, reproduce and adapt that content in connection with the store. You confirm the content is yours to license and is not defamatory or misleading.

12. Liability

We do not exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, for defective products under applicable product-liability law, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Subject to that, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business, or losses arising from your use of a product in a way inconsistent with the label, the batch certificate of analysis or local law.

Subject to the same, our total liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order, including shipping.

13. Force majeure

We are not in breach of these terms where performance is prevented or delayed by events beyond our reasonable control. That includes carrier failure, customs seizure or embargo, a change in the law of a destination country, epidemic, natural disaster, industrial action, war, sanctions, and failure of payment or hosting infrastructure.

Where such an event prevents delivery for more than 30 days, either party may cancel the affected order and we will refund the amounts paid for it.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The version in force for your order is the version published when you placed it, and we keep the effective date at the top of this page.

Material changes are announced on the site. Continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.

15. Governing law, disputes and contact

These terms are governed by the law of [GOVERNING LAW JURISDICTION]. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of habitual residence and may bring proceedings in their local courts.
