We make no claim that any product diagnoses, treats, cures, prevents or alleviates any disease, symptom or condition, and we do not intend any statement on this site to be read that way.

If a page, listing, review or message appears to make a health claim, it is an error. Report it to legal@calibudsupply.com and we will correct it.

2. Not a substitute for professional advice

Information on this site is general and commercial. It is not medical, pharmaceutical, veterinary, nutritional or legal advice, and it is not tailored to you.

Speak to a qualified healthcare professional before using any cannabinoid product, particularly if you take prescription medication, have a diagnosed condition, or are receiving treatment.

3. Who should not use these products

Some groups should avoid cannabinoid products entirely. This list is not exhaustive and is not a substitute for professional advice.

• Anyone under 21
• People who are pregnant, planning a pregnancy, or breastfeeding
• Anyone taking prescription medication without first speaking to a doctor or pharmacist
• People with a personal or family history of psychosis or other serious psychiatric conditions
• People with liver, kidney or cardiovascular disease, unless a clinician has advised otherwise
• Anyone with a known allergy to hemp, cannabis, terpenes or any listed ingredient
• Anyone about to drive, operate machinery, or perform safety-critical work

4. Drug testing and impairment

Cannabinoid products, including those marketed as hemp-derived or low-THC, can produce a positive result on a workplace or roadside drug test. Trace THC accumulates and can be detected days or weeks after use.

We give no assurance that any product will pass any test. If your employment, licence, sport or insurance depends on a negative result, do not use these products.

Driving or operating machinery after use is unlawful in every market we ship to. Roadside limits in several countries are effectively zero-tolerance.

5. Effects vary

Individual response to cannabinoids varies with dose, tolerance, body chemistry, route of administration and what else is in your system.

Start low, wait, and do not redose until you know how a product affects you. Edibles in particular can take up to two hours to take effect.

Product descriptions that mention taste, aroma, strain lineage or the traditional character of a cultivar describe the product, not an outcome you should expect.

6. Lab results and their limits

We publish a certificate of analysis for each batch. It reports what the accredited laboratory measured, on the sample it received, using the method stated on the certificate.

Analytical results carry measurement uncertainty and cannabinoid content varies within a harvest. Figures on a listing are nominal and are subject to the tolerance printed on the certificate.

A certificate is evidence of composition. It is not a safety endorsement, an efficacy claim or a regulatory approval. See the Lab Testing Policy.

7. Legality is your responsibility

Cannabinoid law differs by country, by region and sometimes by municipality, and it changes frequently. THC thresholds, isomer rules, novel-food status and product-form restrictions are not harmonised even inside the EU.

We block what we can at checkout, but you are responsible for confirming that a product is lawful for you to import, possess and use at your delivery address, and for any customs consequence of importing it.

The Compliance Statement gives our country-by-country reading. It is a summary written for a storefront, not a legal opinion, and it may be out of date on the day you read it.

8. Third-party content

Reviews, testimonials, forum posts, social content and comments are the views of the people who wrote them. We do not endorse or verify them, and they are not evidence of any outcome.

We remove content that makes health claims, describes an illegal use, or targets minors.

Links to external sites are provided for convenience. We are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices.

9. Accuracy of site information

We work to keep listings, stock, prices, cannabinoid figures and country notes accurate, but errors happen and information can go out of date.

Where an obvious error affects an order, we contact you before dispatch and offer a correction or a cancellation with a full refund.

Nothing on this site is an offer capable of acceptance; see the Terms of Service on how a contract is formed.

10. Storage, safety and disposal

Store all products out of reach of children and animals, in their original sealed packaging, away from heat and direct light.

Do not decant into unmarked containers. Most accidental exposures involve products moved out of their labelled packaging.

In case of accidental ingestion, contact your local poison information centre or emergency service immediately and take the packaging with you.

11. Limitation and contact

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we accept no liability for loss arising from reliance on the general information on this site, or from use of a product contrary to its label, its certificate of analysis, or local law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under product-liability law.
